The Dermasoma® England Master Licence grants exclusive rights to use, develop, and commercially exploit the Dermasoma® Method across England.

Dermasoma® is a proprietary wellbeing system combining somatic movement principles, sensory awareness, touch-based facilitation frameworks, skin and aroma integration, and nervous system regulation approaches within a structured educational and experiential model.

The licence provides the foundational intellectual property and system architecture for a new category of sensory-led wellbeing
delivery.

What Is Being Acquired

The England Master Licence includes full commercial rights to:

Dermasoma® Method

  • Ritual Arc® framework
  • Four specialist programme pathways
  • Accredited training system and curriculum
  • Practitioner education materials
  • Somatic Ritual Kit® concept and framework
  • Registered trademark usage rights (Dermasoma® and associated IP)
  • Insurance-recognised modality status (Balens)

This forms a complete proprietary system designed for commercial development within a defined territory.

Territorial Exclusivity

The licence grants exclusive rights for England only. No additional England Master Licence will be issued.

The buyer receives sole rights to develop and commercialise the Dermasoma® system within the territory.

Transition support

The sale includes an optional short transition advisory period up to 30 days to support:

  • system handover
  • clarification of methodology
  • onboarding support for the licensee

This is strictly time-limited and non-operational, intended only to ensure correct interpretation and continuity.

This provides a recognised framework for practitioner insurance under the Dermasoma® system.
