Founder Integration & Launch Support
To help establish a successful national rollout, the England Flow or Precision Master Licensee will receive structured founder support from Jayne Montgomery during the initial implementation phase.
Founder support is provided to facilitate a successful transfer of the Dermasoma® Method and business systems. Responsibility for the commercial operation, growth and management of the England Master Licence rests entirely with the Master Licensee.
The purpose of this support is to transfer knowledge, assist with the integration of the Dermasoma® Method, and help the Master Licensee establish the business with confidence. It is not intended to provide ongoing operational management or day-to-day business administration.
The Master Licensee remains responsible for the day-to-day management, sales, recruitment, staffing and operation of the business.

Any ongoing strategic involvement by the Founder is optional and subject to a separate consultancy agreement.
